Friday Favorites – October 20th

It’s no secret that I’m pregnant. And if you’ve checked out any of my pregnancy updates, it’s also not a secret that I’ve been on a serious chocolate craving kick. A craving that I love to hate. Why can’t I be the girl that craves healthy food?! The struggle is real, y’all.

For the most part I have been doing MUCH better controlling my intense chocolate cravings, but when I do give in to it, I fully enjoy every moment. I meannnn..I might as well, right?

Here are my most recent favorite chocolate indulgences.. some a little more guilt-free than others. ❤ Click on any product photo for direct shopping link/more info! 

  1. Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Hot Cocoa– Best made with unsweetened vanilla almond (or even cashew) milk. The cinnamon dolce flavor takes this hot cocoa to the next level. So good on a chilly day- pregnant or not!

2. Zone Perfect Cookie Dough Protein Bars– Seriously…It’s cookie dough made healthy. They crush any kind of craving I’m having, and they leave me feeling full and guilt free. I fell in love with these bars when I was on my weight loss journey after Audrey, and I have since rediscovered how delish they truly are.3. Cocoa Covered Almonds– I eat these and pretend they are m&ms. Really though, they are the perfect mid-day pick me up. I store them in the freezer… I actually have no idea why… but trust me when I say that they are good served cold! haha4. Fiber One Brownies– Not going to lie.. I feel like they decreased the size of these over the years… but whatever. Can’t beat a brownie that keeps ya regular and weighs in at only 90 calories! 😉 They are really good! They are even better if you zap them in the microwave for a few seconds and serve with my next fav below…5. Halo Top Cookie Dough Ice Cream– This stuff is heaven in a pint…and if you lack self control like I doooo, you can chow down on the entire thing for 360 calories. As I mentioned above, it pairs perfectly with a warm fiber one brownie. You’re welcome. The cravings are REAL, y’all. I truly want to eat hershey bars, milkshakes and s’mores all day every day. It’s a problem! haha
